With the Congress voting on new nuclear weapons on Wednesday, May 25, the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty Review Conference at the U.N. ending the same week, the American public becoming increasingly dissatisfied with U.S. occupation in Iraq and Afghanistan and Iran and North Korea rattling their nuclear sabers, the public shows deep concern around security issues and yearns for smart dialogue.
